16-102_ - Pedestrian Bridge Construction Project (between two buildings)

El Paso County Department of Public Works Facilities Division (County) is seeking written best value bids from qualified and experienced contractors to provide all labor, equipment and materials necessary to construct a pedestrian bridge from the 2nd floor of the Terry R. Harris Judicial Complex’s West Tower into the 2nd floor of the Metro Jail Building.
 
Terry R. Harris Judicial Complex is located at 270 S. Tejon Street, Colorado Springs, CO 80903.  To utilize some unoccupied space on the 2nd floor of the Metro building adjacent to the courthouse, a pedestrian bridge from the courthouse's west tower into the Metro Jail Building is required.
