RFP-22-044 - Pikes Peak Center Alley Paving

El Paso County is soliciting proposals from qualified Contractors to furnish all materials and labor as necessary for the removal and replacement of asphalt roadway surfaces, concrete curbs, and gutters at the Pikes Peak Center of the Performing Arts. This project will require approximately 9,700 square feet of roadway. Exact square footage is to be verified by the contractor. Work is anticipated to be completed between June 1, 2022 and August 1, 2022.

It is expected that the business and their team members have significant experience with this type of project. It is expected that the individuals overseeing and managing this project are licensed professionals. The successful Contractor shall be considered and shall remain an independent contractor throughout the term of any contract awarded pursuant to this Solicitation.

The successful Contractor shall be solely responsible for scheduling and coordinating work of the sub-contractors, suppliers, and other individuals or entities performing or furnishing any of the work under direct or indirect contract with the successful Contractor.

The successful Contractor shall provide and assume full responsibility for all services, materials, equipment, labor, transportation, construction equipment and machinery, tools, appliances, fuel, temporary facilities, and all other facilities and incidentals necessary for performance, testing, start up, and completion of the services outlined in this Solicitation.
