17-055 - Printing of Ballots and Mail Ballot Envelopes and Mail Ballot Insertion

El Paso County is seeking written “best value” bids from qualified, experienced contractors to furnish all labor and equipment necessary to provide ballot and envelope printing services and the mail ballot insertion, addressing of mail ballot packets for upcoming elections per specifications in this invitation for Bids.  All Colorado elections are conducted by mail ballot; however, Voter Service and Polling Center (VSPC) ballots and provisional ballots are required. 
 
The Clerk & Recorder’s office as the designated election official is responsible for coordinating, preparing and processing all general, primary, and coordinated elections in El Paso County.  The intent is to ensure the integrity of all elections and provide the opportunity for all eligible electors to participate in the democratic process.  
 
The County reserves the right to make an award to a single vendor or multiple vendors at its sole discretion.
