RFI-16-044 - Professional Transcription/Dictation Services

Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this Scope of Work is to detail the tasks and responsibilities and provide an overall understanding of the services to be provided. Vendors must provide 24-hour, 7 days per week, 365 days per year access for dictation services in an acceptable media, 24-hour customer service/customer support services, acceptable turn-around time and a process for emergency or priority reports. PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS SOLELY A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR A REQUEST FOR BIDS. – NO AWARD WILL RESULT FROM THIS SOLICITATION. THE COUNTY IS NOT OBLIGATED TO SOLICIT BIDS OR PROPOSALS AS A RESULT OF INFORMATION RECEIVED IN RESPONSE TO THIS RFI.) Respondents will be added to our distribution list for a future solicitation if one results from this RFI.
