El Paso County (County) intends to award a sole source contract to Lutheran Social Services of Colorado, dba Lutheran Family Services Rocky Mountain (LFSRM), and their KPC Respite Center in the estimated amount of $50,000.00 to provide respite care services for caregivers, foster and adoptive parents through the County’s Department of Human Services (Department). The contract period will be October 1, 2018 until September 30, 2019. There will be the option of four (4) one year renewals pending funding approval.
