El Paso County, Colorado (County) is inviting written best-value bids from qualified, licensed, and experienced contractors (Contractor) to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the Santa Fe Open Space Trails Construction (Project). Please note that this IFB contains two (2) alternates for additional trail construction.
The Project generally includes the flagging and construction of new soft surface trails, and construction of associated trail drainage structures within Santa Fe Open Space. Completed work must meet this scope of work, attached specifications, and construction details.
All the construction will be within County owned property and has El Paso County oversight. The Project is NOT subject to Davis-Bacon requirements, and there are no DBE requirements. Contractor must follow COVID-19 Colorado Construction Guidance.

All attendees must comply with COVID-19 social distancing requirements and wear a proper face mask.
