18-001 - Security Guard Services

The El Paso County Public Services Department, Security and Parking Operations Section (County) is seeking “Best Value” Bids from experienced, qualified firms (Contractor) to provide unarmed security guard services for El Paso County buildings and property.  The County requires Security Guards of the highest quality and integrity, with a minimal turnover.
 
The County’s objective in issuing this IFB is to provide a competitive means in which to select a single respondent to fulfill this contract.  The County reserves the right to award contracts to multiple contractors under this solicitation.
