Summary of Specifications:
The El Paso County Community Services Department (CSD), Parks Division is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide construction services for the installation of an 8,000 square foot open-sided steel pavilion structure adjacent to the existing Owens Livestock Building at the El Paso County Fairgrounds. The building and job site is located at 366 10th Street, Calhan, CO 80808. The selected firm will be required to demonstrate qualifications and experience to provide services in a manner that will best meet the County's requirements and budget.
