Description

The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office Fleet Division (SHR) and the Public Service Department, Fleet Management Division (County Fleet) are requesting best value bids from qualified, experienced vendors to provide towing services. The SHR and the County Fleet combined shall be referred as the “County” hereafter.

The County reserves the right to award a contract to multiple vendors.
1.Year-to-date the SHR towed 25 vehicles and the County Fleet towed 22. These numbers are included to represent the scope of this contract. However, the County does not guarantee the volume of the vehicles/equipment to be towed at any given year. The towing services will be provided on an as-needed basis.
Proposers shall provide a map of their service area. The boundary of El Paso County is defined as: County Line Road to County Line Road (N and S); Holtwood to the East and Third Street in Crystola.
