El Paso County Public Services Department, Operations Division is seeking best value bids from qualified contractors to provide chemicals necessary to support our in-house chemical treatment program. While El Paso County will administer the day to day chemical treatment program, the successful contractor will have staff technically qualified to offer technical support as needed.
In addition to chemical products, the contractor shall have the in-house ability to provide required related control equipment, technical services, lab analysis, and field technical services needed for a complete and successful implementation of a long term chemical treatment program. The contractor must have approved laboratory facilities capable of performing a wide array of analytical work to facilitate monitoring, control, and troubleshooting of our systems. Laboratory services which shall be available include, but not limited to: corrosion coupon analysis, water analysis, deposit analysis, microbiological analysis, ion exchange resin analysis, and metallurgical analysis.
