Event Note

The District contact at the pre-bid meeting is Jim Rohr; he will meet all prospective bidders at
the front entrance to the school. Everyone will need to check in with a driver’s license. We will
then walk to the stadium. Please do not arrive late as this disrupts the conference.
The pre-proposal conference is mandatory, each Contractor intending to bid on this project
must attend. There are site conditions that may not depicted in the scope of work or the
drawings that will affect your bid price. Additionally, the School District will answer questions at
the pre-proposal conference.
Visitors are not allowed to show up unannounced to review the site at any other time.
