Description

D49 is looking for a General Contractor to manage the construction of two pre-engineered metal buildings and site improvements at their central office complex at 10850 E. Woodmen Road. The metal buildings have already been purchased and are on site. Additionally, the erection of the PEMBs by the metal building supplier (Bighorn Steel Buildings) has already been purchased by D49 but will need to be managed by the GC. Construction drawings are provided by DLR Group Architects.
