Provide a lump sum quotation for the Base Contract work and each Unit Price on the form provided.
1. Failure to quote the base and each unit price will be considered a “non-responsive” quotation and will not be considered for award.
2. Clearly identify any exceptions to the RFQ criteria. If none taken, write “none taken” where provided below on the pricing form.
Initial, complete and return all pages of this RFQ.
Include three (3) references. Provide the following information:
1. Name of business, complete address, and phone
  1. El Paso County businesses preferred.
2. Contact person: name, email and phone number.
3. Length and time of contract term.
  1. Must be at least one year in length.
  2. Must be recent, 2023 to present.
