We envision a collaborative redesign process with the objective of creating new pay schedules that provide simplicity, clarity and fairness. The process itself must serve to increase trust among our staff and district leadership.
We have identified the following basic project plan to start in September 2024.

Form working group / task force to work through the evaluation process (Sept 2024).
Engage compensation consultant to facilitate process and support with technical aspects of schedule design (Sept 2024).
Attend (and possibly facilitate) stakeholder input sessions to inform objectives scope of work (Oct 2024).
Presentation of proposed new pay schedule (Dec 2024).
