FRCC-AFB-25-02-L-R (reissue) - FRCC LC 073036-473036-7500 Harmony Library Book Drop/AMH Renovation

The main book drop location in the Harmony Library will be remodeled to accommodate the installation of an Automated Materials Handling machine (AMH). This project will create efficiencies for Library staff who will no longer need to sort returned books by hand.  The timing of this renovation will complement the renovation of the building’s main restrooms (FRCC-AFB-25-01-L-R). The project will be completed in one phase and will require the expertise of a general contractor capable of managing all subcontractors needed to complete the entire scope of work. The College and the Library district plan to keep the Library open during this project; therefore, Contractor experience with projects taking place in occupied buildings is required.
