FRCC seeks proposals from qualified consultants to assist in developing the 2025-2030 Strategic Plan, set to take effect in fall 2025.
The selected consultant will facilitate a process that utilizes college data to evaluate mission advancement and establish a clear direction for the institution. They must ensure comprehensive input, collaboration, and alignment across the entire college community. Additionally, the consultant will help establish clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Performance Measurements (KPMs), ensure long-term sustainability, and align the college's strategy with the Colorado Community College System (CCCS) strategic plan.
The comprehensive nature of the Strategic Planning Services requires that the consultant demonstrates interdisciplinary resources and skills to manage the complex process of assessing Strategic Plan needs, assimilating college objectives, and balancing competing interests. The Strategic Plan must reflect cohesive, coordinated, and collaborative direction across the college and its service areas, adhering to FRCC’s “One College” model.
