IFB-GC-MP-01-21 - 2021 Vehicles

In accordance with Article 5.2 of the Garfield County Procurement Code (“GCPC”), Garfield County is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified individuals or companies to provide Garfield County with various vehicles in 2021 in accordance with Garfield County specifications. Vendors may bid on one or all Items. Garfield County reserves the right to award by line item. It is the intent of Garfield County to purchase Items 1-5 below. Garfield County reserves the right to purchase any quantity of the described vehicles as the budget allows for the prices quoted herein. It is the responsibility of the vendor to clarify specifications before the question deadline. Bids submitted that do not conform to the mandatory specifications may be determined non-responsive. Garfield County understands the market demand for vehicles currently however the intent is to purchase the following vehicles as soon as possible off the lot preferably. Vendors may submit a bid for a built vehicle however preference may be given on availability.
