Responses are due back no later than December 7, 2023 at 3:00 P.M. M.S.T. Responses received after this time will not be accepted. Garfield County will only accept electronic bid submissions. All bids must be submitted via the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (RMEPS) at www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado. It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure that electronic bid are submitted prior to closing time. The Procurement Department does not have access or control of the vendor side of RMEPS. If website or other problems arise during response submission, vendor MUST contact RMEPS to resolve issue prior to the response deadline at 800-835-4603 ext. 2.
