An optional solicitation pre-bid conference and site visit shall be held on Thursday, May 28, 2020 at 10:00 AM at the project site located at the intersection of County Road 107 and Colorado State Highway 82 in Carbondale, Colorado, 81623. The purpose of this conference and site visit is to give perspective offerors a forum to meet with Garfield County and design personnel to ask questions to better prepare their respective Bids.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Garfield County will only accept electronic bid submissions during the COVID-19 crisis. All bids must be submitted via the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (RMEPS) at www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado. It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure that electronic bids are submitted prior to bid closing time. The Procurement Department does not have access or control of the vendor side of RMEPS. If website or other problems arise during response submission, vendor MUST contact RMEPS to resolve issue prior to the response deadline at 800-835-4603. Electronic bids shall be uploaded as a single PDF file.
