IFB-GC-LF-01-21 - FINN T-60 HydroSeeder

In accordance with Article 5.2 of the Garfield County Procurement Code (“GCPC”), Garfield County is soliciting completive sealed bids from qualified individuals or companies to provide a new FINN T-60 Trailer Mount HydroSeeder or approved equal to our Landfill in 2021. As more clearly defined in article 4.3.4 of the GCPC, the nature of the Brand name or equal specifications is for the purpose of describing the standard of quality, performance, and characteristics desired and is not intended to limit or restrict competition. All equals must be submitted in writing on or before the question deadline. All equals must be approved through a formal addendum otherwise your bid may be determined non-responsive.
