In accordance with Rules 1.2, 2.1, 5.1, and 5.2 of the Garfield County Procurement Code ("GCPC"), Garfield County is soliciting competive sealed Proposals from qualified individuals or companies to rehabilitate and preserve the historic Satank Bridge to applicable standards of the Colorado Historical Society and Garfield County.
