Summary of Specifications:
In accordance with Article 5.3 of the Garfield County Procurement Code (“GCPC”), Garfield County is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified individuals or companies to provide rodeo stock and production services to Garfield County for a Professional Bull Riders Association (“PBR”), and a Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (“PRCA”) sanctioned events during the annual Garfield County Fair and Rodeo in August, 2015 as more detailed in Attachment A.
