Summary of Specifications:
In accordance with Article 5.2 of the Garfield County Procurement Code (“GCPC”), Garfield County is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified individuals or companies to procure and have delivered from a qualified vendor, metal stalls, accessories, and miscellaneous parts for 5 sets of livestock structures located at the Garfield County Fairgrounds. The fairgrounds address is 1001 Railroad Avenue, Rifle, Colorado, 81650. The main purpose of the livestock structures is to house horses during various events or for rental purposes.
