Summary of Specifications:
In accordance with Article 5.3 of the Garfield County Procurement Code (“GCPC”), Garfield County is soliciting competitive sealed Proposals from qualified Design/Build Firms to design and construct a County Administrative Building. The facility will be located west of the existing Garfield County Health and Human Services Building located at 195 West 14th Street, Rifle, Colorado. The concept of the County Administrative Building is to relocate county personnel from existing facilities located in downtown Rifle and at the county airport.
