Description

In accordance with Article 5.2 of the Garfield County Procurement Code (“GCPC”), Garfield County is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified individuals or companies to provide as needed snow and ice removal services for the Garfield County facilities located in the Glenwood Springs area. Work will include but is not limited to; clearing snow and ice from parking lots and walkways, applying deicing agents, and removal of excessive snow piles using the contractors own labor, materials, and equipment.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference/site visit shall be held on Tuesday, August 13th, 2024, at 9:30 A.M. at the Administrative Annex building located at 810 Pitkin Ave, Glenwood Springs, CO 81601. Site visits for all facility locations included in this solicitation are available to bidders either as part of this meeting or separately on your own time. The purpose of this conference and site visit is to give perspective offerors a forum to meet with Garfield County in order to ask questions to better prepare their respective Bids.

It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure that electronic bid are submitted prior to closing time. The Procurement Department does not have access or control of the vendor side of RMEPS.
