In accordance with Article 5.3 of the Garfield County Procurement Code (“GCPC”), Garfield County is soliciting competitive sealed proposals to engage a vendor to design, fabricate, and deliver to the West Garfield County Landfill (“WGCL”) near Rifle, Colorado the aeration, control, and monitoring equipment needed to treat petroleum-contaminated soil (“PCS”) using the aerobic biopile method.
