Summary of Specifications:
Garfield County Request for Proposal GC-RB-09-R-30 is for the replacement of the entry landing and walkway on the Blake Avenue side of the Mountain View Building located at 2014 Blake Avenue, Glenwood Springs, CO. This will consist of the walkway from the existing sidewalk that parallels Blake Avenue up to the front entry doors and will incorporate a landing for this entry. There will also be hand rails on the landing and also at two sets of stairs in the replacement walkway. Site visit will be at 10:00 am on August 25th, at the Mt. View Building. Attending the site visit is highly recommended.
