Summary of Specifications:
Furnish all labor, materials and incidentals for the remodel of the for Garfield County Sheriff’s Department existing first floor Work Release area. The remodel shall consist of but not necessarily be limited to demolition of existing components such as existing ceilings, electrical and mechanical items, saw cutting floors, modification of doors and window locations and frames, removal of walls, salvage of existing accessories, lockers, shelves, toilet partitions, saw cutting of door openings, relocation of accessories, and miscellaneous items, etc. The remodel shall include but not be necessarily be limited to the installation of masonry walls, hollow metal frames and doors, installation of hardware, installation of security ceilings, mechanical and electrical systems, security glazing, work on existing control panel, installation of plumbing fixtures, security furnishings, shower curtains, concrete floor patching, casework, computer floor, paint, acoustical ceilings, etc. as shown on the drawings and specifications for a complete and working facility.
