1. All work conducted by the individual or firm selected will be in compliance with industry standards, including all OSHA requirements, with regard to quality and safety.
2. Applicants may be asked to bid on additional work (outside the scope of proposed contract) from time to time. Any additional work is to be invoiced separately from the agreed upon service proposal. Additional work invoices shall include the name of the person requesting and authorizing the work. Any additional work must be requested/approved in writing.
3. The applicant is expected to maintain specific county equipment as requested; gym equipment; fax machines; and other applicable office and recreational equipment.
4. The applicant shall maintain a log of all keys checked out that grant access to county facilities. The checked-out keys are to be returned on a daily basis.
5. Applicants will provide the county with a log of their staff’s activities per facility, including when they arrived, and they depart.
6. Applicants will be expected to provide county with initial and final building inspections, specifically around what lights were left on, doors left open, and anything else deemed to be out of the ordinary.
