The Gilpin County Board of County Commissioners (“Gilpin County”) is seeking a qualified firm to implement replacement of the domestic water heater in the Gilpin County Justice Center located at 2960 Dory Hill Road, Black Hawk, Colorado 80422. Constructed in 1995, the 51,600-square foot Justice Center is 24 hour/7 days a week facility that houses the Sheriff’s Office, Detentions Jail, County Courts and other departments. This Request for Proposal seeks options from a qualified firm to provide, remove, and replace the AO Smith Cyclone Xi, Model Number BTU 400A 100 with the same and provide piping connections as necessary.

Only firms registered in the State of Colorado with the appropriate experience and credentials to correct this situation will be considered. A mandatory pre-bid walk through the Justice Center to view the system will take place on the following date and time: Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at 0900, at the south entrance.
