BID NOTICE
Grand County is accepting bids for 2021-2024 trash removal and recycle services at County owned properties and facilities. Interested bidders may obtain a list of the trash removal locations/container sizes at http://co.grand.co.us/bids.aspx . Copies are also available at the Grand County Administrative Building, Manager’s Office, located at 308 Byers Avenue, Hot Sulphur Springs, CO.
Bids must be received no later than 12:00 p.m. on Monday, November 16, 2020. Bids are tentatively scheduled to be presented to the Grand County Board of County Commissioners during their regular scheduled meeting on November 24, 2020 in the BOCC Meeting Room, Grand County Administrative Building, 308 Byers Avenue, Hot Sulphur Springs, CO. The successful bidder is expected to execute a County Service Contract and commence trash removal and recycle services at all County properties and facilities with their regularly scheduled routes on or around January 1, 2021.
Grand County reserves the right to reject any and all bids or cancel this Bid Notice at any time, including any options within. Bidders with a business address within the Middle Park area are considered “local contractors” and will be afforded a five (5) percent local contractor preference computed off the low bid amount. Summit County is part of Middle Park.
