The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) by the Health District of Northern Larimer County (Health District) is to solicit sealed proposals from interested and qualified contractors to conduct an operational assessment of three department areas: Finance, Human Resources, and Information Technology. The selected contractor will collaborate with Health District leadership to conduct an operational assessment analysis, including structure, processes, staffing, and technology, to develop actionable best practice recommendations to enhance Finance, Human Resources, and Information Technology department operations.
