Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form.

Digital copies of the bid documents are available through Bid Net Direct at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado/huerfano-county-government. Interested parties may download the digital documents at no charge by searching from my project on Bid Net Direct, bid number RFP-24-02. Those downloading the contract documents electronically are personally responsible for verifying the completeness of the contract documents received via download. Failure to download a complete set of digital contract documents will not be a factor considered in the evaluation of bids or form the basis for any bid protest. In order to submit a responsive bid as a Prime Contractor and to receive all necessary addendum(s) for this project, you must be on the Planholder’s List, which requires the plans being downloaded from Bid Net Direct.

Bids shall be accompanied by a bid security in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder must furnish Performance and Payment Bonds in accordance with the Contract Documents. All Bidders shall make good faith efforts, as defined by Appendix A of 49 CFR Part 26, Regulations of the Office of the Secretary of Transportation, to subcontract a minimum of 3.8% of the dollar value of the prime contract to small business concerns owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals DBE).

Bidders must be licensed to perform work within the state of Colorado
