ITB-HB-2016 Flatwork - 2016 Concrete Flatwork, Curb & Gutter

Summary of Specifications:
The unit price quotes are due on March 25th, 2016. This solicitation is to provide quotes for unit pricing relating to flatwork concrete which will be performed throughout the Hyland Hills Park & Recreation District (HHPR) in 2016. Most likely the majority of the work will occur in the spring of 2016, with other work arising throughout the year. Under this process a single bidder (contractor) will be selected to provide all of the concrete flatwork and curbing provided on the “schedule of flatwork” based on the unit prices provided in the quote. HHPR will try to provide as much lead time and work with the contractor’s schedule as possible, however on schedule critical pours the contractor is expected to make HHPR jobs a priority. The contractor may be asked to pour on weekends, and or holidays.
