Description

This RFP is being issued to procure professional Architectural, Engineering, Furniture Finishes and Equipment (FF&E) services for a yet to be identified location and construction method. The purpose of the Design Services RFP being issued prior to site selection is to obtain those professional services to assist us in performing site suitability studies and engineering evaluations as part of our due diligence in the selection. In addition to the services required to confirm site/building suitability, the selected firm will provide their services through construction completion. These services are identified in Section 3.0 Scope of Services.
