The Evergreen Library site is currently accumulating a significant amount of sediment from the hillside, which is upstream and creating poor drainage on the east side of the library.

The intent of this request is for a price quote of construction and landscaping of approximately 0.2 acres to include a forebay, concrete pan, rip rap, ground and subgrade prep and other work as outlined in EXHIBITs A & B.
