HVAC - HVAC Maintenance Services

This RFP is intended to solicit proposals from providers to procure Mechanical and HVAC Maintenance Services for Jefferson County Public Library (JCPL) locations. Vendor will supply all labor, materials, vehicles, tools & equipment required to perform preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance & unscheduled maintenance (service calls).
JCPL facilities include 10 separate buildings located in Jefferson County, 9 libraries and 1 service center building.  Additionally, the Administration Building is connected to the Lakewood Library.  The libraries range in age from the 1960’s to 2006 with several remodels and upgrades to the building systems and equipment.  The mechanical systems and equipment to be maintained by the selected provider are listed in the table below as part of this RFP document. 
This RFP is requesting proposals for a preventive maintenance program for the mechanical and HVAC equipment and schedule as provided in this document.  The following checklist describes the type of equipment to be serviced, the frequency and the level of inspection.  Any repair or maintenance issue should be communicated to JCPL Facilities for authorization.  Additional details regarding the desired frequency and level of maintenance is included in Attachment 1.  The minimum annual scope of services required for this contract is included, but not limited to, the table below.  Holiday schedules will be provided annually.
