17-03 - Intranet and Document Management System

Jefferson County Public Library (JCPL) is seeking to acquire an Intranet and Document Management System (DMS). The Intranet must be a space where internal staff and volunteers can easily find up-to-date information and news, engage with others in the organization, create relationships, access work schedules, and more. The DMS must be a permission-based central data repository that will allow workflow based applications, version control, collaboration, retention periods, and easy searching.
