ITB- 23999 - Annual Custodial Equipment

Summary of Specifications:
Through this Bid, Jefferson County School District R-1 is soliciting firm pricings for the equipment listed. 

1. No substitutions will be accepted. 

2. Awarded vendor must have a department to provide warranty service in the Denver Metro area. 

3. Quantities are estimated. Orders will be placed as needed with deliveries directly to school or departments as indicated with each order. 

4. All prices must include shipping (FOB Destination) with inside delivery. 

5. The District reserves the right to negotiate replacement models as current listed models move to end of manufacturing life. 

6. If prices decrease during the term of this contract, the successful vendor must notify the District of the lower prices so that all subsequent orders will reflect accurate pricing.
