Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) process, the District is seeking responses from qualified Offerors to obtain the services of a qualified full-service strategic communications firm to support clear and consistent communication and reporting on the 2018 District voter-approved capital improvement program. The primary focus of Offeror will be in providing District stakeholders with accurate information on the budget, cost, duration, and scope of projects funded through the Bond Program. The Offeror will work under the close supervision of the District Communications Services Team and in partnership with District Operations, while independently creating and executing a comprehensive communication plan that promotes transparency and accountability of capital improvement program fund usage that demonstrates that the District is a reliable steward of public funds. Our aim is to present information in its most compelling form to Jefferson County voters, taxpayers, and stakeholders.
