Description
Jeffco Public Schools (District) has identified the attached and described position opportunity as a candidate for our Contracting Services program. Contractors are to provide a resume with defined rates of service (in cost per hour) for candidates matching the qualification requirements for the position. Include three, professional reference, name and email. Preference will be given to candidates with experience and references in public education and the state of Colorado. Vendors may submit multiple candidates.
The District reserves the right to award the contract to the best fit for the District. The lowest rate candidate may not be the awardee. The District may review candidates like an open employment position review. Candidates will be screened for: experience, availability, ability to be onsite (if applicable), rate of service, references, interview scopes, etc.

Availability: 20 pts
Local preference (if applicable): 5 pts

Contractor requirements:
- Contractors not currently under a Master Service Agreement with the District must complete and attach the application. If approved, the contractor will be offered an active Master Service Agreement with the District.
- District Master Service agreement terms shall govern all transactions between the Contractor and the District. Additional and engagement specific terms may be added to awarded contracts via Purchase Order terms and attached documentation. Additional terms, should they apply, will be included with position opportunity postings.
- Contractors must provide candidates for review by the due date as published in the position opportunity. Late submissions will not be considered.
- The District reserves the right to accept or reject some or all position opportunities submitted for any reason to include but not limited to, errors in submission, failure to follow process, etc.
