The District invites qualified consulting firms with expertise in data governance to submit a proposal for providing consulting services to help establish a comprehensive data governance program. The objective of this engagement is to assess our current state of data maturity and literacy, determine the most suitable data governance framework, develop a roadmap for our data governance strategy, and provide an implementation plan. Additionally, the proposal should include data journey mappings and user personas to enhance our understanding of data usage and stakeholders.
