A pre-proposal conference will be held as specified in the Tentative RFP and Project Timeline via Microsoft Teams, web conference. While attendance is not mandatory, all potential proposers are strongly encouraged to attend. This conference reviews the RFP requirements, answers questions, and provides needed clarifications. Any oral responses given at the pre-proposal conference are not binding. All questions and answers will be issued in writing to all prospective offerors after the conference. Only written amendments can modify the terms of this RFP.
All pre-proposal attendees are to RSVP to be added to the event. The RSVP deadline for this conference is as stated in the Tentative RFP and Project Timeline. Late RSVPs may not be admitted to the meeting. The meeting information and attendance link will be provided in response to the RSVP.
