Summary of Specifications:
Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) process, the Jefferson County Public School District, herein and after referred to as the District, desires to establish standards for document scanners.

This RFP will be evaluated in a two stages process. During the first stage, the District will evaluate the information and pricing presented in the Respondent’s RFP documents. The second stage of the process will be performance of the scanner based upon test units provided to the District by stage one finalists.
