25670 - Emergency On-Call Services

The District is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to contract with companies to provide On-Call Emergency Services.

The District reserves the right to reject any or all qualifications, in part or in whole, or to waive any informalities or technicalities in qualifications if it is so deemed to be in the best interest of the District.  It is understood and agreed that the District reserves the right to modify conditions, specifications, and prices by mutual agreement with the qualified Contractor(s).

If needed, the District may request the Contractor(s) to attend an interview.

The District reserves the right to request Performance Bonds, and Labor and Material Bond as needed on any project.
