Summary of Specifications:
Through this Request for Proposal process, the Jefferson County Public School District, herein and after referred to as the District, desires to solicit firm price proposals from qualified firms to provide reconditioning services for the District’s football equipment for the 2013-2014 school year.

The District reserves the right to renew and extend the executed contract agreement pertaining to all current prices, terms, conditions and specifications upon mutual agreement between the District and Respondent for an additional one (1) year, but not to exceed four (4) additional one (1) year periods.
