The District is seeking a Contractor install a new asphalt walking path around Green Gables Elementary School’s site. Sample drawings are included as attachment C, however Contractor is responsible for finalized designed with school as outlined in scope of work. An existing section of degraded asphalt path that is not being replaced will need to be removed and seeded. Seeding will need to wait until spring after irrigation system is turned on.
Contractor will be responsible for adhering to and compiling to District Technical Guidelines. Contractor will be responsible for shop drawings, material estimation, installation, labor, tools, equipment, machinery, transportation and cleanup. Contractor will furnish copies of insurance certificate and Criminal Background form. Contractor shall submit an overall timetable of the construction schedule for the Project.
