Summary of Specifications:
Jeffco Public Schools is requesting proposals from investment banking and securities underwriting firms for the purpose of forming a pre-qualified pool of firms to provide investment banking and securities underwriting services on items of financing necessary to its operation. District shall be sole judge when selecting firms from the pre-qualified pool for specific financial needs. Any selection will be based on the best interests of JeffersonCounty Public Schools. The District further reserves the right to open this RFP on an annual basis for more prequalified vendors and add and or delete financial services accordingly.
