From time to time, Schools will place Orders for school yearbooks that reflect the School’s student body, activities, past events, and such other content as each School will order in its Order. This is available for multiple awards. District policy has been updated and requires Data Protection Addendums for any student data. Prior to 2023 schools had the option to work with vendors of their choosing. Jefferson County Public Schools have had a policy change that requires Data Protection Agreements completed for all data usage.
