RFI- 042022 - Project Management Office Review and Evaluation

The District would like to improve and mature its ability to support strategic change (across the District) by enhancing and evolving the current IT Project Management Office (PMO) to an enterprise wide structure. District Leadership recognizes tat an Enterprise Program/ Project Management Office (EPMO) is essential to enacting the projects, initiatives and changes necessary to achieve its vision and remain nimble moving forward. The District needs an assessment of the current Project Management functions across the District, recommendations on consolidation Project Management and the establishment of an Enterprise Program/ Project Management Office for the District.
